The Meeting & Phone Call (Interlude)

Fillmore, CA

"Whats up?"
"Nothing much."
"So what did you want to meet about out here in the woods?"
"Well Jake, I have something that I want you to do."
"What is it?"
"Okay, tomorrow you have to be at 5178 West 1st Street."
"For what?"
"Because You are going to need to take care of a situation for me."
"Like what?"
"Damn Jake stop asking so many question. I will give you the info later."
"So you could've called me. I got out of bed at....1:15am to have you just tell me something that you could've told me over the phone."
"You know what.." The guy punched Jake in the face.
"Next time you want to get smart. Check Yourself" The guys walked to his rental car.
"I will kill you, be there at the house of the address. You punk ass muthafucker." The guy got in his car and drove off. Jake was lying in the dirt,
"Ziare you not going to be hitting me like that or Ima kill your ass." Jake got up from the ground and spit blood on the dirt. He got in his Toyota truck and drove off in a different direction.


Los Angeles- Vincent House

Vincent picked uo his phone and went outside on the balcony so that he didnt wake Lauren up.
"Whats Up Rex?"
"Look I cant hold the secret that we know anymore."
"What you mean? What secret?"
"About Nicki & Ziare that day outside the store."
"Look man, Just go to sleep, and sleep it off."
"No Im not holding off anymore. Safaree is our best friend and we have to tell him. Its the best thing to do."
"Look, I will think about it. Thats all I can say."
"Really do Vince because you know its the right thing to do."
"Okay. Bye Man." Vincent hung up the phone and turned around.
"What was that about?" Lauren asked rubbing her face.
"Nothing babe, Lets just go back to sleep." Vincent wrapped his arms around Lauren and went back inside. His nerves was tore up because he really did think that Rex would tell Safaree.
